System Engineer

ELTA Division is Looking for a System Engineer.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and integrating complex engineering components as part of the system engineering team.
• Playing a key role in the project from the development stage through to implementation at the customer site.
• Matrix management of multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaboration with internal IAI stakeholders as well as Israeli and international clients.

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in system engineering – mandatory
• 3–5 years of experience in system engineering, integration, or radar algorithms – mandatory
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking – mandatory
• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems – advantage
• Experience with MATLAB/PYTHON – advantage
• Experience in defense systems – advantage
• Experience in operational/defense environments – advantage
