About the role

As Operations & Investment Analyst, you will be the connective tissue across Maniv’s platform efforts. Working closely with each of the fund partners and across the team, you will become an intimate part of the organizational fabric and drive forward processes and organizational accountability. You will be asked to participate in conversations with stakeholders across the ecosystem, proactively devise the follow-ups needed to translate conversation into action, and find the balance between personal execution and delegating those tasks to the right Maniv teammate.

This role cuts across the functionalities and responsibilities of the Maniv team, from investment to investor relations to portfolio support, communications and special projects. It is a chance for close mentorship and meaningful impact on the performance of a venture capital firm. As part of a small, fast, and ambitious team, you will have a meaningful role across Maniv. You will become a vital part of the inner workings of a global VC fund, and learn by doing.

Responsibilities

• Closely coordinate with partners to maximize the real-world impact of constant touch points with the broader Maniv network
• Supporting partner-level work, triaging organizational priorities and driving firm-wide project outcomes
• Reviewing and prioritizing investment opportunities
• Supporting market, business and financial due diligence on investment opportunities
• Mapping out and quarterback complex projects among multiple stakeholders within the organization, managing responsibilities for follow-up and execution

Personal Characteristics & Qualifications

• A proactive mentality and ability to work independently; we are looking for someone who is unafraid to get their hands dirty while laser focused on outcomes and results
• Extremely close attention to detail
• Interpersonal intelligence and persistence
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Mother-tongue level a plus)
• Ability to “connect dots” and devise a pathway to execution
• Able to produce high quality work at speed
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
• Passionate about innovation and technology, and especially about the worlds of automotive, transportation, mobility, logistics and the energy transition.
