Configuration Manager

We are looking for a Configuration Manager to join the Military Aircraft Division.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for product engineering processes, validation in information systems, and documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Serve as the configuration control authority for the project, including documentation and engineering supervision.
• Work in a Configuration Management & PLM environment and implement processes within the organization.
• Prepare Configuration Management Plans (CMP) for the project and oversee their implementation.
• Ensure data integrity of deliverables prior to their release in the system (BOMs, documents, drawings, change records).
• Manage product changes (ECO), coordinate Change Control Boards (CCB), and oversee the change approval process.
• Interface with subcontractors, provide training, and participate in in-depth audits at the supplier site.
• Generate periodic configuration status reports and conduct internal configuration audits (e.g., PCA).

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering – mandatory.
• Experience working on projects in one or more of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Mechanical Design, Electronic Design, Configuration Management, or Configuration Control – strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel – mandatory.
• Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory.
• Experience and familiarity with configuration control processes in defense companies – advantage.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 10007 – advantage.
• Experience working with PLM/PDM systems – advantage.
• Proven experience in building multidisciplinary product files – advantage.
