We’re looking for a sharp, humble, and execution-driven Head of Product to lead our product roadmap, PRDs, and cross-functional delivery processes across R&D, marketing, sales, and customer success. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves translating complexity into clarity, owns their decisions, and thrives in an environment where every voice matters and results count.

You will…
- Own and drive the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring clarity and visibility across the company
- Create clear, focused, and simple PRDs that make development teams more effective
- Lead structured market research and competitor analysis to shape the roadmap
- Act as the gatekeeper for quality, ensuring readiness for production, market, and customer needs
- Manage the release lifecycle from R&D to marketing, sales, and support teams
- Aggregate data and feedback from across the company, customers, and the market
- Be an active participant in customer-facing engagements, including leading product demos and representing Elsight at events and trade shows

- Are a great communicator who listens well, integrates multiple perspectives, and makes tough tradeoffs
- Possess a hands-on, humble attitude; no ego, no fluff, just focused delivery
- Are independent, proactive, and able to challenge assumptions - including those of your manager
- Have a technical background or fluency, ideally with experience in internet networking, comms, or embedded systems
- Love talking to customers, and have the presence and professionalism to represent the company credibly in external settings
- Bonus: You’re a top-performing salesperson at heart — or at least in the top 3 when it comes to engaging, convincing, and communicating clearly with prospects and partners
Nice to have…
- Familiarity with hardware-software product lifecycles
- Experience in dual-use (commercial-defense) industries
- Prior work in a startup or scale-up environment
