Law Student
We are seeking a second-year law student to join our Legal Department, supporting the Head of Legal, Israel. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in Legal Operations and Legal Support. The student will assist with legal work across a variety of tasks, including contract drafting, corporate secretarial responsibilities, and healthcare compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to the Head of Legal in managing day-to-day Legal Operations activities, including document management and project support
• Assist with corporate secretarial work, including maintaining records and supporting filings
• Assist with healthcare compliance processes, including preparing, coordinating signatures for, and filing
  
  

documentation required by internal compliance procedures

• Help maintain internal legal tools, trackers, and databases
• Prepare internal summaries, memos, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Assist in drafting commercial agreements under supervision
• Conduct legal research and case law searches in legal databases
• Help with internal process documentation and organization of legal resources
• Handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion
  
  

Requirements:

• Second-year law student at an Israeli university
• At least 3 semesters remaining before graduation
• Minimum grade average of 80+
• Availability to work 2–3 days per week
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with a hands-on approac
  
  

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
