This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional located in Bnei Brak. The Sales and Marketing professional will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating marketing materials, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure success in marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

• Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Marketing strategy, digital marketing, and campaign management skills
• Strong research, analytic, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
