AXO is building the first sales intelligence platform focused on Channel Distribution. In a world where sales is shifting toward Partnerships First and Channel Sales, we give the signals and automation to improve the current inefficiencies.

We process complex technical data and simplify it into clear, usable insights. Our product combines intelligence and agentic flows to automate execution—not just surface recommendations.

The founding team has deep experience in cloud, sales, and product. We're VC backed, post-validation, and building with real clients already on board.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of designing and implementing intuitive, high-performing user interfaces for AXO’s platform.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, usable interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product, and backend engs to translate complex workflows into elegant user experiences.
• Be a decision maker in frontend architecture that supports a modular, scalable microservice-based system.
• Write well-tested, maintainable, and reusable code across our React-based frontend stack.
• Contribute to shaping the technical direction of the company’s frontend technology choices and best practices.
• Ensure the platform meets high standards of security, performance, and accessibility.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and continuously optimize UX and system responsiveness.

What We’re Looking

• For3+ years of hands-on frontend development experience building production-grade web applications (React).
• Proven experience integrating with backend APIs.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, frontend security principles, and accessibility best practices.
• Comfortable designing and implementing UI components with responsive layouts and state management (React toolkit query, SASS, or similar).
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, UX/UI and version control (Git).
• Experience with backend languages like Python or Go is a big plus.
• Full-stack capabilities or experience contributing to cross-functional cloud-based systems is an advantage.
• Self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, scalable design.
