Role Description

The Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with a strong track record in driving organic growth, ideally within the iGaming, fintech, or software sectors.

You will lead and execute the SEO strategy across multiple websites - from technical SEO and on-page optimization to content planning and link-building.

You will work closely with our WordPress developers to implement changes efficiently and ensure all sites follow best SEO practices.

ou must have solid hands-on experience with WordPress—this is a key part of the role.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes SEO and wants to make a real impact on brand visibility and inbound lead generation in a fast-moving B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a full SEO strategy for all company websites
2. Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
3. Oversee technical SEO: site structure, speed, indexing, crawlability
4. Optimize on-page content and metadata across all key pages
5. Lead off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns
6. Work directly with WordPress developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
7. Monitor and analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
8. Create regular reports and suggest data-driven improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B, iGaming, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
• Deep knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Solid experience working with WordPress (a must)
• Familiar with key SEO and analytics tools (e.g., GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
• Experience collaborating with content teams and developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Native or near-native English (written & verbal)
