Engineering Services Specialist

We are seeking an Engineering Services Specialist to join our Aviation Division.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide support for the ongoing operation of cargo aircraft fleets converted by IAI.
• Deliver fast and efficient engineering/technical support to customers worldwide.
• Manage operational and maintenance documentation.
• Oversee the customer web portal.
• Monitor the global fleet of converted aircraft.
• Track customer complaints and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree / Practical Engineer / Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or Aeronautics – mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation industry – mandatory
• High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering support for customers and/or suppliers – Advantage
• Familiarity with SAP and MANTARA systems – Advantage
