Senior Python Developer

A fast-growing fintech startup (confidential) is looking for a Senior Python Developer to join its R&D team in Tel Aviv. The company is revolutionizing the mortgage industry with a cutting-edge marketplace platform. Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend systems in a production environment
• Develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs
• Optimize SQL database performance and architecture
• Collaborate across teams in Israel and the U.S.
• Contribute to a dynamic, innovation-first development culture

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python
• At least 2 years with Django, or 3+ years with Flask/FastAPI
• Industry experience only (no personal/academic projects)
• Strong SQL skills (design, optimization)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Celery, Redis
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
