Customer Support Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Fully own and resolve operational and administrative tasks from A to Z, ensuring smooth execution and excellent service.
• Support travel agents and partners with hotel and travel-related reservations.
• Handle urgent and complex booking issues, including last-minute and on-the-spot situations.
• Communicate with suppliers to overcome challenges and secure quick, effective solutions.
• Use internal systems to track, manage, and follow up on all cases.
• Coordinate with sales and tech teams to automate processes and boost efficiency.
• Help evolve and refine internal workflows and service standards continuously.

What We’re Looking For:

• A hands-on problem solver with strong decision-making skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across both internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technologically adaptable—comfortable working with digital platforms, CRM systems, and new tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to operational excellence.
