Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The role is located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, but some work from home is acceptable. The CTO will oversee the technical aspects of our company, including software development, IT strategy, project management, and product development. Daily tasks include leading the technology team, managing technology budgets, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the company's technology resources align with its business goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Software Development and Architecture
• Proven skills in Project Management and IT Strategy
• Strong background in Product Development
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in scaling technology solutions within a business context
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
