Senior Technical Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the charge on our core platform products and tooling. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical acumen and a passion for enabling teams to scale efficiently.

As part of the Platform Squad, you'll own our internal tools, manage cross-team dependencies, and work closely with Customer Success and Engineering to prioritize integrations and reduce operational load. You will be instrumental in shaping the foundational systems that power our product, including our APIs and Webhook product, and ensure teams across the company can move faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do-

• Own core Platform Products: Define and drive the roadmap for internal tools used across engineering and product teams.
• Manage Cross-Team Dependencies: Align priorities and resolve dependencies between platform and feature squads to keep everyone moving forward.
• Drive Integration Prioritization: Collaborate with the Customer Success & Onboarding teams to identify and prioritize customer-facing integrations.
• API & Webhook Product Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for our Webhook product, ensuring it’s scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly.
• Optimize Internal Efficiency: Partner with Engineering to identify opportunities to reduce team load through automation, tooling, and smarter workflows. Lead initiatives that classify and reduce recurring or low-leverage work.

What We’re Looking For-

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong technical background.
• Proven experience working on internal tools, developer platforms, or APIs.
• Track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working with Engineering, CS, and other Product teams.
• Ability to think strategically while sweating the details.
• Bonus: Experience with webhooks, system integrations, or operational tooling, Or background in engineering
