A leading defense company is seeking a PMO (Project Management Officer).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrated project work plans
- Identify and manage project risks, bottlenecks, and critical paths
- Synchronize cross-functional teams in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
- Plan and control budgets—from quotation through execution to project completion
- Generate comprehensive project dashboards and present status reports to senior management and clients
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management
- At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in large organizations
- Solid working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven experience with MS Project or Primavera
- Strong analytical and systemic thinking and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time, on-site position
