The company is located in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and offers two days of remote work per week.

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute the technology vision and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business goals.
• Collaborate with C-level executives to prioritize and develop impactful R&D initiatives that drive business outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Enhance collaboration across engineering, product, and other teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AdTech platforms and solutions, with a focus on performance optimization and real-time decision-making.
• Promote best practices in software development, system architecture, and testing to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the R&D team and projects.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, such as automation and process optimization.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for all R&D projects.
• Tech stack includes JavaScript, TypeScript, and full-stack frameworks, with work in a Big Data and cloud environment.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience building and leading teams in the AdTech, real-time bidding (RTB), or programmatic advertising industries – strongly preferred.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance systems.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern full-stack frameworks.
• Expertise in scalable architecture, cloud infrastructure, and big-data environments.
• Familiarity with tools and practices for real-time decision-making and performance optimization.
• Exceptional ability to align technical initiatives with business goals.
• A hands-on leader who can effectively guide the team while diving into technical details when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with both strategic vision and attention to detail.
