A leading company in the field of employee benefits and welfare solutions.
The company has developed an advanced technology platform that provides employees with access to exclusive deals and benefits at businesses across the country.
The role includes managing and leading a team of 2–3 analysts, with approximately 60% hands-on work.
Responsibilities include developing, defining, and maintaining the analytical data infrastructure, reports, and dashboards using BI tools; collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple internal systems; performing optimization tasks; and more.
This position reports directly to the CFO.
The company is based in Netanya, near the train station.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in data analytics within mid-to-large-scale organizations.
- 3 years of managerial experience leading a team of 2-3 analysts.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Relevant academic background.
- Experience working in high-transaction-volume environments.
- Strong expertise in analytical too
