System Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer to join the Missile and Space Systems Division.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the development and validation of complex systems (system of systems), including hardware-intensive components, communication channels, and software, from initial solution definition through detailed design, integration, testing, and delivery to the customer.
• Define requirements for system components, and write specifications, design, and characterization documents.
• Maintain a system-level perspective throughout the development and integration phases.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to subcontractors and customers in Israel and abroad.
• Lead complex integrations involving various sub-units and sensors.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in system engineering (system of systems) – mandatory.
• Experience in hardware board design – mandatory.
• Previous experience in system integration and design verification testing – an advantage
• Experience with ground and aerial systems – an advantage
• Master’s degree in System Engineering – an advantage
• Familiarity with complex systems, strong system-level thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
