We're hiring: PC & Network Technician – Field Role

Location: Central Israel – between Tel Aviv and Shoham (includes occasional support in Eilat)

Employment type: Full-time | Field-based position with company car

We're looking for a skilled and hands-on PC & Network Technician to join our IT support team in a field-based role. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems on-site, and being on the move – this position is for you. A company car is provided as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to end users across multiple locations
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Manage Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365 user accounts
• Support mobile devices (iOS and Android – an advantage)
• Maintain IT inventory and assist in equipment logistics (advantage)
• Deliver basic user training and write operational procedures
• Occasionally provide support in Eilat

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a PC technician in a mid-to-large organization
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office products
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365 – must
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point) – advantage
• Good troubleshooting skills and technical independence
• English – good level
• Willingness to perform physical work (equipment transport/setup)
• Ability to work in a team and document procedures clearly
