Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for the ELTA Division.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead internal and external marketing processes, including responses to tenders, and the preparation of technical and financial specifications and proposals.
• Manage internal marketing processes, including tender responses in the fields of intelligence and aerial imagery.
• Prepare marketing materials to present system concepts and capabilities to clients.
• Analyze customer requirements and prepare customized technical documentation and commercial proposals.
• Formulate and write technical specifications tailored to proposed customer solutions.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments, including Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Logistics, to ensure accurate and high-quality proposals.
• Present technological solutions to clients and participate in professional meetings and presentations.
• Align customer requirements with the company's development and production capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Academic degree in engineering or technology – an advantage.
• MBA – an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within defense or military organizations – mandatory.
• High proficiency in English – mandatory.
• Background in SIGINT (e.g., Unit 8200, Air Force, Navy) – an advantage.
• Experience in air defense or control units – an advantage.
• Technical background in systems engineering of complex electronic systems, particularly in RF – an advantage.
