What You’ll Do (Inbound + Outbound)

✅ Inbound (Internal & R&D Focus)

• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define, shape, and prioritize product features
• Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Own the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring we build the right things, the right way, at the right time
• Ensure smooth product delivery, balancing quality, timelines, and measurable impact ✅ Outbound (Customer & Market Focus)
• Engage directly with customers (travel and lifestyle brands) to understand their goals, challenges, and needs
• Help drive customer success, from integration to rollout, making sure our deployed agents deliver maximum value
• Gather feedback, monitor usage, and turn insights into improvements that strengthen both the platform and customer outcomes

Stay on top of market trends, GenAI advancements, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy

Experience

✅ Proven inbound + outbound product management experience:

• Worked directly with customers to shape products
• Strong communicator, able to bring your own tone and charisma to customer and internal interactions ● Skilled at working with complex R&D teams to deliver features ✅ Good consumer-facing UX understanding:
• Experience shaping great experiences for end-users, not just business systems ✅ B2B2C or B2B + B2C experience:
• You know how to balance business partner needs with consumer product realities ✅ Hands-on with LLMs and GenAI tools:
• Practical experience writing prompts for LLMs
• Deep understanding of how to leverage GenAI to drive product value ✅ Startup experience:
