Our Engineering and Systems Department at ELTA is looking for an Antenna Development Engineer.
What will you do:
- Research and development of various types of antennas and radomes, leading all phases from requirement analysis to product delivery.
- Preliminary and advanced design of antennas and radomes.
- Performance analysis of antennas, including platform-mounted integration and environmental impact assessments.
- Customer engagement, identifying needs, and providing support throughout development and after product delivery.
- Utilizing design and analysis tools: CST, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, TICRA.
- Managing development activities and meeting milestones, including design reviews and deliveries according to project timelines.
What we’re looking for:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics – mandatory.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in wave propagation or antenna design – advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in antenna development – mandatory.
- Specialization in wave propagation/electromagnetics (EM) – mandatory.
- Strong English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).
