Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a charismatic, business-oriented, and creative Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the company’s entire marketing operations – from strategy to execution. The role includes developing and implementing marketing initiatives, managing digital and offline campaigns, optimizing processes, handling budgets and vendors, and working closely with senior management.  

Responsibilities:  

 • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy  

 • Manage paid and organic campaigns, including performance tracking and optimization  

 • Collaborate with content, creative, media, and digital vendors   

• Support internal marketing initiatives and sales teams   

• Manage marketing budgets and generate performance reports  

Requirements:   

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role  

 • Deep understanding of the digital and advertising landscape   

• Proven experience working with vendors and service providers   

• Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.)  

 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

• High-level English – mandatory  

AI is a must 

1. Proven experience with AI tools, including crafting effective prompts to enhance performance, efficiency, and creativity. 
2. Tech-savvy mindset with rapid adaptability to AI-based platforms and workflows
