Product Manager (RTB)

We’re looking for a hands-on, cross-funcꢀonal Product Manager to join our team and lead our product

operaꢀons in the Israeli market.

This dynamic role involves ownership over a diverse porꢁolio of products—some strategic, some in ongoing

management.

The posiꢀon reports directly to the CTO and CEO and requires a deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem,

including hands-on work with RTB protocols, strong iniꢀaꢀve, and excepꢀonal execuꢀon capabiliꢀes.

Responsibiliꢀes

-Gather requirements, define product specs, and lead implementing processes.

-Full ownership of new and existing products, including conꢀnuous post-launch improvements.

-Work closely with development, data, markeꢀng, and customer-facing teams.

-Establish structured and effecꢀve reporꢀng workflows with the CTO and CEO.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of product management experience in an ad tech company.

-Proven track record leading both internal and client-facing projects.

- Hands-on experience with RTB protocols and programmaꢀc environments.

-High sense of ownership, independent execuꢀon capabiliꢀes, and end-to-end delivery responsibility.
