We are seeking a hands-on Back-end Team Leader with a strong development background to join our core team.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of back-end developers while actively contributing to the development of state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions addressing complex challenges at high scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers to achieve technical and operational excellence.
• Design and develop high-performance web services with a focus on scalability.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies to enhance our back-end systems.
• Implement robust authentication methods and ensure best security practices.
• Build and maintain micro-services architectures using Node.js and other languages.
• Work within a Linux environment utilizing AWS cloud services (serverless, ECS, etc.).

What You’ll Need:

• At least 3 years of experience developing back-end applications in Node.js.
• At least 1 year of experience developing in Typescript.
• Proven experience working in large production environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience designing services in a micro-service architecture.
• Experience in building Serverless applications.
• Proficiency with SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AWS environments.
• Familiarity with Docker.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and innovative.
