We are looking for An experienced Senior Finance Data Analys to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as the local FP&A system platform support and knowledge center. This critical role will partner closely with our global FP&A team, providing new tools, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis based on our FP&A system. Additionally, you will build BI reports that support the team and management. You will also play a key role in the implementation of a new FP&A system. To succeed in this role, you should be highly proficient with financial planning systems, skilled in visualizing data with PowerBI, and capable of creating new tools and data to support decision-making.
What You'll Be Spending Your Time On
- Developing and maintaining the FP&A planning platform.
- Leading end-to-end development of new BI solutions to enhance the FP&A team’s reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Partnering with FP&A members to understand and address their reporting and analytical needs.
- Participating in the implementation of a new FP&A system.
- 2+ years of data analytics experience with a strong focus on financial modeling
- 3+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience in project management and/or demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven ability to build dashboards for management
- Good systems aptitude and knowledge of business management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with labor modeling
- Hands-on experience with Pigment
- Background in system implementation
- Knowledge of the Fintech industry
