Senior Sales Executive - Logistics Software Solutions (WMS)
A leading company in the field of logistics software solutions is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales activities and expand market presence
Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead new business opportunities through existing relationships and additional relevant channels for the company’s products and services
- Analyze existing clients and build strategies to grow and expand business activities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and be fully responsible for accurate forecasting and updating all activities in the CRM system
- Manage the complete sales cycle from identification through qualification to closing new deals
- Conduct in-person and virtual discovery sessions with company teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Work closely with business partners, system integrators, and marketing teams to ensure a pipeline 4-5 times the annual sales quota
- Develop value propositions and lead responses to RFPs and RFIs
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with Digital, Operations, Logistics, and CXO-level executives
- Deliver high-level solution presentations and product demonstrations both in-person and virtually
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to achieve business targets
Requirements
- At least 6 years of proven expirience
- Proven track record in sales of logistics software solutions with a strong emphasis on WMSy
- Experience working with strategic accounts and closing large enterprise deals
- Demonstrated ability to independently build a sales pipeline and engage with senior executives (D/VP/CXO)
- Strong self-management, initiative, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent English skills – speaking, reading, and writing
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Advantages
