Role: Global Account Manager – Education Partners

Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel

We’re looking for an execution-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our global network of distributors and commercial partners—with a focus on LATAM, Asia, and the U.S. You’ll lead the day-to-day relationships with our partners, support regional launches, ensure usage growth, and drive revenue across key markets.

What You’ll Do

Own relationships with key partners, distributors, and school networks across multiple countries

Coordinate onboarding, training, and successful product rollouts

Track usage, resolve issues, and deliver on revenue and engagement targets

Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams (Product, Pedagogy, Support)

Lead quarterly reviews and performance check-ins with each regional partner

Identify new upsell or expansion opportunities

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in B2B Account Management or Channel Partnerships.

Background in EdTech, SaaS, or education-related services preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). (Spanish, Portuguese or Korean is a bonus).

Strong communicator with cross-cultural sensitivity.

Comfortable working across time zones and traveling for partner visits.

Highly organized, hands-on, and outcome-driven.

• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
