Head of Design

At Pixellot, we’re revolutionizing sports production with AI-driven video technology, redefining how users interact with video, data, and content across OTT platforms, sports analytics tools, and interactive video effects. We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Design, a true player-coach who loves designing just as much as leading a team.

As part of your role, you will:

• Design actively—spend a significant part of your time designing in Figma
• Lead & mentor a small team of UI/UX and motion designers, driving quality and consistency
• Own the end-to-end product design process—from research to UX, UI, and motion
• Develop & maintain design systems and a shared visual language across web and mobile
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Craft intuitive, data-driven user experiences for video-rich platforms like OTT & sports analytics
  
  

• 7+ years in product & UX/UI design, with 2+ years leading a design team
• A strong, hands-on portfolio showcasing exceptional UX, UI, and motion design across complex products
• Mastery of Figma—this one’s a must
• Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a mix of creative and technical challenges
  
  

• Background in OTT, gaming, video platforms, or analytics dashboards
• Experience with white-label platforms or multi-tenant environments
• Background in sports-tech, media, or AI-based products
• Experience building design operations or scaling a design team
• Familiarity with agile product development environments
