We are looking for an experienced and driven CRM Dynamics Project Manager to lead a large-scale implementation project in the defense sector. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact initiative within a dynamic and professional environment.

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end CRM projects, including implementation or upgrade of platforms such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP CRM, and others.
• Manage cross-functional interfaces with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to ensure successful delivery.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee system customization and integration.
  
  

• At least 5 years of proven experience managing CRM projects.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems, including requirement gathering, customization, and integration.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to bridge between business and technology.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as TFS (Team Foundation Server).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing complex interfaces.
