Marketing Intern (Part-Time)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Campaign Coordination Support – Help plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and events, from logistics to execution.
• Day-to-Day Project operations - Assist with managing the marketing calendar, timelines, and checklists to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule.
• Content & Asset Prep - Work on adapting and preparing marketing assets—like landing pages, email copy, social posts, and presentations—for various campaigns and local markets.
• Event & Webinar Support - Assist the marketing team with physical and virtual events by managing guest lists, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the experience and execution is flawless.
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Be a bridge between the marketing team and other internal departments like creative, digital, and content.
• Part-Time & Student-Friendly: This is a part-time role—perfect for students in their final year who want to kickstart their marketing career while still hitting the books. Around 15 hours a week, with flexibility built in.
  
  

• A Curious Learner: You're studying (or recently graduated in) Marketing, Communications, Business, or something similar.
• A Confident Communicator: you know how to get your message across clearly and professionally.
• Social & Digital Savvy: Familiar with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital tools.
• Bilingual: Strong, professional, and articulate communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) in English - MUST.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re the kind of person who loves to color-code your calendar and never misses a deadline.
• Proactive: You're eager to roll up your sleeves, ask questions, and contribute ideas—this is your time to shine.
