We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics System Analyst to join a high-impact project in the defense sector. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define business requirements for CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and implement CRM components: entities/tables, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Business Process Flows.
• Manage security roles, permissions, and team structures within the CRM.
• Work with Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Support CRM deployments in both production and test environments.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as customer service, marketing, and field operations.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of core Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into system specifications and configurations.
• Experience with CRM implementation, customization, and integration.
• Familiarity with Power Platform – Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience working in production and test environments.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Broad business understanding and ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  
  

• Experience with UML and structured analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in project and requirements management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
• Advantage: experience in QA processes, user training, and writing test and implementation documents (STP, STD).
