ERP Project Manager

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Integration Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation and optimization projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project leadership, a deep understanding of manufacturing environments, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines to drive successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP system capabilities.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other enterprise systems such as MES, PLM, CRM and financial systems.
  
  

• Proven experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Priority, or Costpoint.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• BSc in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP system integration with other enterprise platforms.
• Strong ability to design and implement cross-module integration within the ERP system.
• PMP or similar project management certification - advantage.
  
  

• Experience in a defense or aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ITAR regulations and compliance.
• Hands-on experience integrating ERP with MES and PLM systems.
