Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing operational data – plan vs. actual (production plans, costs, pricing, etc.), drawing conclusions, and recommending actions.
  • Leading the implementation and ongoing management of the operational control system (Matics) and other digital platforms.
  • Performing budget control, tracking, and updating key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating in the development of the annual work plan and updating ongoing forecasts.
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Producing monthly reports and preparing management presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related financial field – mandatory

2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial/manufacturing company – mandatory

Familiarity with BI systems – significant advantage

Experience with Priority ERP system – significant advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel – mandatory

 English (Written and Spoken) – mandatory
