We are looking for an experienced HW Board Design Manager to join our HW team and to lead the design and execution of test boards.
Responsibilities:
Leading a multidisciplinary hardware team responsible for the design and delivery of various PCB types, ensuring high-quality output and strict adherence to project timelines.
Full ownership of electrical specifications, schematic design, component selection, and layout considerations.
Oversee extensive bring-up and debugging processes until the hardware platform is fully operational and seamlessly integrated into the production floor.
Working hands-on with some of the most advanced ATE (Automated Test Equipment) solutions available in the market.
Requirements:
At least 10+ years of experience as a Board Design Engineer
At least 3+ years of experience as a Board design manager
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
Experience with Digital circuits, Power and High-speed design
Strong understanding of PCB layout considerations, component selection, and schematic design.
Experience with system-level design and familiarity with production environments, including wafer sort and final test processes.
Knowledge of Design for Testability (DFT) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
Experience in coordinating with multiple departments, including mechanics, firmware, testing, and production.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
