We're looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer to lead the development of a new system from scratch, including architecture definition, component selection, and low-level software infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded firmware
Manage and mentor a team of embedded firmware engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements
Develop and implement control algorithms and communication protocols
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for code quality
Required Skills/ Expertise
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in embedded firmware development
Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming
Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience in robotic system design is highly desirable
