Key Requirements:

This is a post-sale, execution-driven role: You’ll work closely with customers to ensure adoption, lead product innovation from the field, and act as a technical advisor who understands both their goals and our product limits — helping avoid unnecessary feature development through smart configuration and creative use of what already exists.

What you'll do:

• Be the main point of contact for enterprise clients after onboarding
• Handle renewals and identify expansion opportunities
• Translate client feedback into product requirements
• Lead customer innovation and internal advocacy
• Potential to grow into team leadership

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years in Technical Account Management
• Strong technical understanding
• Customer-first mindset with strong execution skills
• Ability to manage renewals and grow existing accounts
• experience with Cloud Security
• English fluency is a must
