We’re looking for a sharp, data-obsessed SEM Specialist (Search Engine Marketing) to join our fast-paced digital team. If you're passionate about performance marketing and love the thrill of driving clicks, conversions, and ROI – especially in the high-energy world of iGaming – this is your playground.

This role focuses on paid media strategy and execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging ad spaces. You’ll own the entire funnel – from keyword research to audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and affiliate teams to bring high performing campaigns to life across sports betting and casino verticals.

• 2-4 years of experience managing SEM campaigns (iGaming or other fast-paced industries preferred)

• Proven results in performance marketing with a focus on user acquisition and ROAS

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setup best practices

• Excellent analytical skills and a data-first mindset

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Bonus points for experience with display remarketing, programmatic, or conversion rate optimization tools
