Tier 2 Support and Application Management Specialist (Web & Java Systems)
We are looking for a skilled Tier 2 Support and Application Management Specialist to join our dynamic team, providing advanced support for Java- and Web-based systems in both production and testing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy system versions and changes in production and testing environments
- Monitor and maintain system health using advanced tools
- Provide Tier 2 support to internal teams and development staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing Web-based applications – required
- 2+ years of experience managing Web infrastructure using IIS and Tomcat – required
- 2+ years of experience with Windows Server-based Microsoft infrastructure – required
- 1+ year of experience with user-side troubleshooting tools (e.g., Network Monitor, Wireshark, Process Monitor) – required
- 1+ year of experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch & Kibana) – required
- 1+ year of experience working with SSL certificates and handling encrypted Web communications – required
- 1+ year of experience writing scripts using Bash or PowerShell – required
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MSSQL) – required
- Experience working in both Microsoft and Linux environments – preferred
