About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our Research & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lab and production equipment, including running experimental tests on machines as part of our battery technology development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run experimental tests on machines as part of of R&dbattery technology development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality or process-related issues through hands-on testing and analysis.
• Carry out routine maintenance and monitor the performance of lab and production equipment.
• Detect malfunctions in machines and equipment, perform first-level diagnostics, and propose or implement creative solutions to resolve them.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes to optimize equipment reliability and lab workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Production, R&D, Procurement, Logistics, and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Technical certification or relevant technical education – required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a lab, manufacturing, or R&D environment.
• Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and basic repair work.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Familiarity with chemical handling and laboratory safety protocols.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and maintain detailed, accurate records.
