We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Platform group as part of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. In this role, you will drive the development of scalable infrastructure that powers data across all of Yotpo’s products. You’ll enable seamless integrations and data pipelines between products, improving our platform capabilities and ensuring that thousands of brands can harness their customer data effectively across Yotpo’s ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that will shape the backbone of Yotpo’s retention marketing platform, touching every product line and unlocking new cross-product features and insights for our clients.

About the Job:

As a Technical Product Manager (Platform), you’ll turn Yotpo’s unified customer data vision into a clear roadmap. You’ll lead platform features and API development with engineering and data teams, collaborate across product lines to support CDP needs, and guide R&D through high-quality, on-time execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own and define the CDP roadmap: Align the Customer Data Platform’s roadmap with Yotpo’s overall product strategy and vision for data infrastructure.
• Build scalable infrastructure: Work with engineering to design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines and backend services capable of handling large volumes of eCommerce data.
• Enable cross-product integration: Ensure seamless data integration across Yotpo’s product suite (Reviews, SMS, Loyalty, Email), empowering unified customer insights and cross-product features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Gather requirements and input from multiple product teams, architects, and stakeholders to prioritize platform enhancements that benefit the entire Yotpo ecosystem.
• Lead projects end-to-end: Drive new platform initiatives from concept through launch, coordinating across R&D, data, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful capabilities.
• Ensure quality and reliability: Define KPIs and monitor platform performance and data quality. Use a data-driven approach to identify opportunities, measure success of improvements, and iterate quickly.
• Innovate and stay informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends in data platforms, integrations, and privacy. Proactively propose innovative solutions to keep Yotpo’s platform at the cutting edge.
  
  

• 3+ years of product management experience in a software or B2B SaaS company (ideally in a fast-paced, startup-like environment).
• A strong technical background – perhaps you were a software engineer or you hold a technical degree. You can engage deeply with engineering discussions and understand architectural trade-offs.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or managing platform/infrastructure products, with a track record of delivering technical features that drive business value.
• Data-driven mindset - you define success metrics, rely on analytics/insights to make decisions, and value quantitative evidence when prioritizing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to juggle multiple priorities and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and agile methodologies, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders and to champion your product vision.
