DevSecOps Instructor

Are you a DevOps professional with a passion for teaching and empowering others? Newtech College is looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to help us design and teach a hands-on course aimed at preparing students for real-world DevSecOps roles.

• Develop a full DevSecOps training program from the ground up.
• Teach core DevSecOps practices through real-world tools and examples.
• Create engaging materials, labs, and projects that mirror industry needs.
• Mentor and support students as they build their technical skills.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer.
• Deep knowledge of technologies such as:
• AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudWatch)
• Linux, Bash scripting, and Python
• Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Security tools like Vault, KMS, IAM policies, Secrets Manager
• Experience delivering training or mentoring others in a technical setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Native Arabic speaker – essential for classroom instruction and support.
