Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for an Inbound SDR with excellent English communication and social skills to join our team in Tel Aviv. 🎉

Our product helps creators chat with their audience and sell more - it’s growing fast with thousands of customers around the world. The team is still very small so there are tons of possibility to bring impact and grow within the company. 🔝

👉 About the position

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, but you’ll need to be available during US West Coast business hours at least three evenings a week.

You’ll be on the front line: engaging high-potential inbound leads, guiding them through onboarding, and helping them succeed during their first steps with the platform. You’ll also work closely with our sales and success teams to make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

👉 What You’ll Do

• Qualify and prioritize inbound leads, focusing on high-value opportunities
• Proactively reach out, build relationships, and understand customer needs
• Onboard new users and support them during their initial setup
• Help ensure a smooth transition into active and successful platform usage
• Work closely with the marketing, support, success, and dev teams

👉 What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Role located in Tel Aviv, Israel (hybrid work model)
• Available for at least 3 night/week during US West Coast hours
• Strong communicator who can build trust and rapport, and break the ice quickly
• Previous experience in sales, onboarding, or client-facing roles is a plus!
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment 🦸‍♀️
