We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help execute this vision by building and optimizing products for small business owners.

What You’ll Do

• Review user research, analyze feedback and data, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, researchers, QA and other team members to enable the development life cycle.
• Prioritize & scope to drive continuous improvements to the platform's usability and functionality.
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates, flows, and key financial interactions.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product developments, challenges, and milestones.
• Identify and leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance automation, fraud prevention, and financial decision-making.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of B2C product management experience.
• Strong product sense and proven experience in successfully building and launching products to members.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborating on a daily basis with engineers, product designers, product analysts and other team members.
• Excellent execution abilities; knowing to prioritize and de-scope to maintain timelines.
• Data love and orientation; experience in A/B testing and making decisions based on financial metrics to improve user experience and increase adoption.
• Familiarity and comfort with AI tools—advantage if you've used AI to solve complex financial product challenges.
• Previous experience with B2C Financial products is an advantage (for instance, lending, payroll, financial automation).
