Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute the compensation plans of each of the Company’s Sales Team
• Introducing compensation plan guidelines to new hires in the sales department
• Assistance in the monthly commission payments process
  
  

• One and a half years or more remaining of studies in Economics or Business Management
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
• Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
• Highly driven and self-motivated
• Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
• Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage
