תיאור התפקיד:

• ניהול כולל של אתר החברה – תפעול, ייצור ולוגיסטיקה
• אחריות על כ-150 עובדים באתר (ייצור ולוגיסטיקה)
• בניית תהליכי עבודה, סטנדרטיזציה ושיטות תפעול מתקדמות
• הובלת פרויקטים לשיפור תפעולי – מדדים, כלי ניהול, מערכות מידע
• שותפות בהובלת מהלכי צמיחה, כולל הרחבת קווים וקליטת טכנולוגיות חדשות
• הובלת תרבות של סדר, ארגון, מדידה ושיפור מתמיד
• עבודה חוצת ממשקים עם הנהלה, רכש, הנדסה, איכות ולקוחות

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון משמעותי כמנהל/ת תפעול בחברה יצרנית – חובה
• רקע מחברות ביטחוניות, צבאיות או תעשיות טכנולוגיות דומות – חובה
• ניסיון ניהולי של לפחות 50 עובדים, כולל ניהול מחלקות ייצור ולוגיסטיקה – חובה
• ניסיון בניהול אתר/מפעל עם ממשקים מרובים – יתרון
• שליטה במדדים, תהליכי שיפור מתמיד, והובלת שינוי ארגוני – חובה
• השכלה רלוונטית: תעשייה וניהול / לוגיסטיקה / הנדסה / מנהל עסקים

The company is a top-tier designer and manufacturer of custom-engineered solutions, operating in a highly advanced technological and industrial environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a key leadership role at an innovative company currently experiencing rapid expansion, with complex and multi-disciplinary operations in the defense and high-tech industries.

Position Summary:

• Full responsibility for managing the company’s site – including operations, production, and logistics
• Oversight of approximately 150 employees across production and logistics departments
• Development and implementation of standardized workflows and advanced operational methodologies
• Leading operational improvement projects – including KPIs, management tools, and information systems
• Active involvement in growth initiatives, such as production line expansion and the integration of new technologies
• Driving a culture of order, structure, performance measurement, and continuous improvement
• Cross-functional collaboration with management, procurement, engineering, quality assurance, and customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing company – mandatory
• Background in defense, military, or similar high-tech manufacturing industries – mandatory
• Management experience overseeing at least 50 employees, including production and logistics departments – mandatory
• Experience managing a site/facility with complex interfaces – an advantage
• Strong command of performance metrics, continuous improvement processes, and organizational change – mandatory
• Relevant academic background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration
