Data Scientist

🚀 We're hiring a Data Scientist – Generative AI & NLP

We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join a fast-paced, innovative environment and lead end-to-end development of impactful AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role combining classical ML, Generative AI, NLP, and Big Data technologies, working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects end-to-end: from business problem definition, data exploration, model development, to deployment in production
• Conduct advanced analytical research, define KPIs, and extract actionable business insights
• Build and implement ML and NLP models, including Generative AI solutions
• Process structured and unstructured data from diverse textual sources
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and domain experts
• Work with Big Data tools and infrastructures such as Spark, Kafka, Elastic

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience developing ML models with tabular data – must
• 3+ years of experience programming in Python and SQL – must
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI – must
• Strong background in NLP and working with textual data – must
• Experience in deploying models to production and working with dev/QA environments – must
• Experience with Spark – advantage
• Experience with Elastic / Kafka – advantage
• Relevant MSc degree – advantage
