Python Developer-AI Oriented

Overview

We are looking for a Python Developer with a strong foundation in technical tools/ application deployment, who also has a keen interest in exploring the rapidly growing field of Generative AI (GenAI).

In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining installer packages while being encouraged and supported to gradually transition into GenAI tools. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, understands the importance of reliable software delivery, self-driven, great problem-solving capabilities and is motivated to evolve into a future-facing AI role.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Python to design, develop, and maintain installation packages.
• Technical implementation of LLM tools for windows and Linux clients.
• Install servers to support the installation process.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure reliable software delivery across environments.
• Document installer processes, dependencies, and user instructions.
• Help end-users with implementing the GenAI tools through the installer.
• Support the process of exploring GenAI tools and technologies.
• Participate in internal GenAI training, proof-of-concepts, or small-scale integrations where possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Python software development.
• Hands-on experience with installer tools (e.g., InstallShield, WiX Toolset, NSIS, or MSI packaging).
• Experience with Docker installations and GitLab platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Batch scripting etc.).
• Solid understanding of Windows software environments, registry handling, and installer signing.
• Experience with Linux Server architecture and administration.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• A genuine interest in Generative AI, with a desire to learn and grow into that space.
• GPU architecture experience.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
