Analytical R&D Team Leader

We’re Hiring : Analytical R&D Team Leader – Padagis Yeruham

Padagis Yeruham is looking for an Analytical R&D Team Leader to join our leading analytical research and development department in the South.

In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a professional team in the development of analytical methods. You’ll be responsible for method development, training, implementation, and scientific guidance throughout various stages of the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and guide a team developing analytical methods for a variety of pharmaceutical products and raw materials
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical development teams to define required tests and drive improvements in manufacturing processes
• Author and approve protocols and reports during development phases
• Perform analytical testing, method validation, and transfer methods to QC labs
• Define specifications and support responses to FDA deficiency letters
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance in a cutting-edge analytical lab environment

What We’re Looking For:

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry – Required
• Proven experience leading teams – Required
• Previous experience in a similar role – Required
• High proficiency in English (written, spoken, and reading) – Required
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments – Required
• Experience with lab technologies and AI integration – Strong Advantage
• Decision-making, task prioritization, and cross-functional project leadership skills – Required
• GMP environment experience – Advantage
