Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a multidisciplinary engineering team member working on cutting-edge mechanical and electromechanical systems for defense, med-tech, and industrial startups. The team member will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical and electromechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the product lifecycle from concept through manufacturing. The role requires hands-on problem-solving, prototyping, and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electromechanical Design skills
• Experience with Product Development, Testing, and Prototyping
• Knowledge of Industry Standards and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Problem-Solving and Technical Presentation skills
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in defense, medical technology, or the industrial sector is a plus
