AI Lead

As we redefine our category through cutting-edge AI, we’re looking for an exceptional AI Lead to take full ownership of our AI stack and orchestrate this complex, powerful system like a maestro.

As our first AI hire, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of our AI architecture—including agents, RAG pipelines, and production-ready copilots. You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, and product teams to turn bold ideas into scalable systems. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and define the core of our AI-driven future.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end AI infrastructure, from research to production
• Build advanced LLM-based agents, tools, and retrieval pipelines using LangChain and related frameworks
• Develop and maintain robust, observable Python backend systems
• Drive architecture decisions and AI strategy across the company
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure AI systems meet business and user needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience developing and deploying GenAI systems
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and modern AI tooling
• Strong Python backend development skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, get-it-done mindset
